Preparation:
1. Place all herbs, chicken and water (6bowls/ 1.5 litre) into a slow cooker and allow it to simmer for about 1.5 hours on “auto” mode. Alternatively, you can simmer it over a stove top for around 2hours.
2. Add some salt and serve warm
